At Lamps, we want to ensure your home glows with the perfect light. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your lighting fixtures within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Securely

  Place the lamp in its original packaging, ensuring all protective foam and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned fixture, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
